Without fundraising, we would not be able to wear our Highland uniform, provide instructors for our Pipes and Drums program, do a fun sports night at a leisure centre, pizza nights with your platoon, or any number of the unsupported field training exercises that we do throughout the year (when we are allowed to!). Below is a list of our current fundraising events. If you are able to support them in any way, shape, or form, we would greatly appreciate it! Our cadets thank you for your support!
Casino – 16 & 17 OCTOBER 2021
This is one of our key and biggest fundraiser that we do! There is no experience needed to work any of the positions and we offer amazing and entertaining on the job training. This year, our casino will be held on Saturday 16 October and Sunday 17 October at Cowboys located at 421 12 Ave SE.
The following positions are still available:
Day Shift:
General Manager (1 for Saturday & 1 for Sunday) – 11:00 am – 7:30 pm
Banker (Sunday) – 10:45 am – 7:30 pm
Cashier (1 for Saturday & 2 for Sunday) – 11:15 am – 7:30 pm
Chip Runner (1 for Saturday & 2 for Sunday) – 11:15 am – 7:30 pm
Night Shift:
Banker (Saturday & Sunday) – 6:45 pm – 3:30 am
Cashier (2 for Saturday & 1 for Sunday) – 6:45 – 3:30 am
Chip Runner (2 each night) – 6:45 pm – 3:30 am
Count room:
6 volunteers (Saturday & Sunday) – 11:15 pm – 3:30 am
