Regimental Sergeant Major (RSM) is the highest appointment a cadet can achieve in the corps and they are also typically the rank of a Chief Warrant Officer. It is an honor earned by only a handful of cadets that pass through the program. The RSM serves as a role model for the rest of the squadron, and guides its development according to the vision of the Commanding Officer.
